The Intensity Set

I wasn't sure which coffee to start with, so the set made sense. Forge is my morning favourite, Core is lovely in the afternoon and Calm has been great after dinner.

Really pleased that the three bags don't just taste like slight variations of the same thing. Forge has plenty of punch, Core is smooth and chocolatey, and Calm is surprisingly full of flavour for a decaf.

Bought the bundle expecting Forge to be my favourite, but I keep reaching for Core. The cinnamon and dark chocolate notes are right up my street. Nice to have the decaf in the cupboard as well.

Calm is the reason I'll order this again. Brown sugar and cacao come through nicely and it doesn't have that flat decaf taste I've had from other coffees.

A nice introduction to Intensity. Forge is bold without tasting harsh, Core is easy drinking and Calm is much better than I expected from a decaf.

My partner likes a stronger coffee and I prefer something a bit smoother, so this set works really well for us. We both enjoy Calm in the evening.

This has become a nice little routine: Forge first thing, Core later on and Calm when I want a coffee in the evening. All three feel distinct.

Forge has been brilliant with milk. Rich and strong enough to still taste like coffee in a flat white. Core is probably my favourite black though.

I like being able to compare the different intensities side by side. Core is the one I'd buy most often, but there isn't a bag in the set I wouldn't drink again.

I mainly ordered this to try Forge and Core, but Calm ended up being the biggest surprise. Sweet, bright and actually interesting rather than just tasting like a compromise.

There's a sensible progression across the set rather than three coffees competing to be the strongest. I particularly like the dark chocolate character in Core.

I'm not hugely knowledgeable about coffee, so getting the three together was an easy way to work out what I actually enjoy. Forge won for me.

So many mixed sets include a decaf that feels like filler. Calm is genuinely enjoyable in its own right, especially the brown sugar and cacao notes.

Strong, rich and still nicely balanced. The caramel and red fruit make it more interesting than a standard dark coffee. Core and Calm are both good too.

This was my first order from Intensity and a good way to start. I liked being able to move between the coffees rather than committing to one straight away.

A sensible way to sample the range before deciding what to reorder. I'd probably buy Core and Calm individually next time.

We finished Core first, then Forge, and somehow Calm wasn't far behind. That probably says everything. Really enjoyable selection.

The three coffees cover different moods nicely. Forge when I want something bold, Core for everyday drinking and Calm when I'm done with caffeine.
