Morning — FORGE
A three-origin espresso blend built for one job: waking you up properly. Brazil, Honduras and Colombia come together for a bold, no-hesitation cup — sweet caramel, smooth citrus, red fruit and cocoa, with the kind of crema that only comes from blending on purpose. Intensity Level 5/5.
Afternoon — CORE
Our original blend, and still the one people come back to most. Brazil and Honduras, roasted medium-dark, land smooth and chocolate-forward — cinnamon up front, dark chocolate underneath — built for the cup you'll reach for two or three times before evening. Intensity Level 4/5.
Evening — CALM DECAF
A single-origin Colombian decaf, naturally processed using a sugarcane method that strips the caffeine without stripping the flavour. Brown sugar, cacao and a soft citrus lift — full character, properly decaffeinated, for the ritual that doesn't need to keep you up. Intensity Level 3/5.
