Evenings deserve a cup too, just not one that keeps you up. Calm is built for the wind-down — all the character of a proper specialty coffee, decaffeinated without losing what makes it coffee.

Most decaf sacrifices flavour for the sake of removing caffeine. So we chose our process carefully: a natural sugarcane method that gently steams the green beans, then washes them with a sugarcane-derived solution that selectively strips caffeine while leaving the bean's natural flavour and aroma intact. No harsh chemical notes, no flat cup — just real coffee, decaffeinated properly. For a decaf built to taste this good, the source matters just as much as the process:
