Each coffee is also clearly labelled as Caffeinated or Decaffeinated, so that's never in question.

Calm Decaf is fully decaffeinated using a sugarcane process. Like most decaf coffee, it retains only trace amounts of caffeine — it's the one coffee in our range where that difference is the deciding factor.

We roast to order, not in advance. Your coffee is roasted after you place your order and dispatched within 48 hours — it's never sitting on a warehouse shelf for weeks like most big coffee brands.

Store your coffee in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture. Avoid refrigerating as it can introduce moisture and odors.

Coffee starts losing its freshness the moment a bag is opened. So whatever size you order, we hand-pack it in 250g bags — 500g arrives as 2 bags, 1kg as 4. Open one at a time and every bag tastes as fresh as the first.
